ESG Regulation

There is no global standard for ESG regulation.  Rather, different regions (and countries within regions) are at different stages when setting their ESG regulatory agenda. The European Union is perhaps the most advanced when it comes to setting ESG standards.  But, many other regions are starting to catch up. Please click below for an update on the status of ESG regulation in a particular region.
